Christian & Sadie

Aren't they Precious! Christian just adores his baby sister. He is very attentive to her. He loves holding her, he'll read his books to her, share his toys with her, and when she is fussy, he'll help calm her down by playing "peek a boo" or talking to her saying "it's okay baby"

He is so protective of her, he watches out for her already. I wonder what it will be like when she starts dating... watch out boys!

Aiden

He is such a Cutie!

Christian & Aiden have come up with a new game the last couple of weeks. They sit down, say a prayer and then roll their toy cars across the floor to one another. Stopping ever so often to say another prayer, then continue rolling the cars back and forth. It was so cute! I just had to capture it on the camera!

Cute Pictues of our Children

Sadie is now 1 month old, and I wanted to get some pictues of her. While I was staging the photo opt, Christian & Aiden saw what I was doing and wanted to be apart of the fun! Christian & Aiden love saying "Cheese" in front of the camera, then Christian loves looking at the newly taken pictues of him and his brother & sister. It's such a fun age!

Sadie Lynn Smith Our Baby Girl is Here!

We went in to be Induced Wednesday afternoon and Sadie was born in the wee hours of the morning (5:40 am) on Thursday, July 16, 2009.  We are very proud because she is our biggest baby weighing in at 7 pd 4.5 oz! 18 inches long.  She has a very fair complexion, strawberry blond hair, and definitely looks like a Smith.  Christian and Aiden are excited to be older brothers and look after her very well.  Christian loves to bring her blankets, and give her kisses on her head.  Aiden watches her often as she sleeps in her bed, and is very interested when she has a poopy diaper.

Sadie is a very sweet addition to our growing family, and we are grateful for her to be here!

Becky was cooking pancakes one sunday morning when the kids decided to help her cook in the Kitchen.

So we found this Kitchen in the rafters of the garage at our place in Washington, and decided to let the kids play with it until we had a change to put together the nice wooden one we got from Grandma Farnsworth-Ekins for Christmas.

So we've been in Washington for just a few weeks when we get a call from Taylor & Marie, they are having their baby boy!  So we went to see them, and while we were waiting for them to come home, we went and played at a park right on Lake Washington. (Sorry no pictures of their cute little baby boy)

Moving Day

The Boys decided to have a party in the Kitchen Sink a few nights before we did our big move from Rexburg to Washington.

Then soon after we moved into our place in Washington, they decided to throw another Kitchen Sink Party.

Awe what fun!!!

Alright, I know I haven't posted for quite some time. So I thought it was time to post some updated pictures of us. We had a wonderful Christmas holiday. Since we traveled like crazy the 3 weeks before Christmas, we decided to stay home in Snowy Rexburg for Christmas. It was wonderful! For Christmas my Mother surprised us with a digital camcorder, so I don't have many Christmas photo's, just a lot of footage ;)

Christmas was wonderful! We arrived home late Christmas Eve, and amazingly enough, Santa Clause did find us. Christian and Aiden loved opening their presents, and they loved to play with the Cho Cho Trains & Tractor sets that they got.

For New Years, Sean & Becky and their children came up to visit. We made a sledding hill on our front lawn with all the snow we received, and everyone had a blast!

These pictures are some the Becky Jean took over Thanksgiving. I was going to use them on our Christmas card, but with all the traveling, it did not get done. So instead I'll wish you all a very Merry Christmas!

Easter 2008

For Easter this year, we stayed home and had a wonderful time. The Easter Bunny brought lots of great presents for Christian & Aiden, and they had a blast playing with them. It was really fun having them old enough to be able to participate. For Easter Dinner we had Turkey, Potatoes & Gravy, it was so yummy!!! It was a wonderful day that we all enjoyed very much!
